What does a typical yacht charter include?
Every charter comes with trained crew, life-saving gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Each charter type has different inclusions — expect appetizers with a sunset cruise, or business amenities and catering for corporate events.
When is the best time to make a reservation?
To ensure availability, book your charter at least 2–3 weeks before your desired date, or 4–6 weeks prior for special events or corporate functions to allow for personalized arrangements, particularly during high season which runs from May through September.
What is the protocol for adverse weather conditions?
The safety of our guests is paramount. Should the captain consider weather conditions too adverse, we'll propose an alternate date or issue a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will inform you at least 24 hours prior in case of potential changes.
Is it permissible to bring my own refreshments?
Certainly, feel free to come with your personal refreshments. We also provide excellent catering services that can be tailored to suit your taste preferences. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glassware is not allowed on the vessel.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility restrictions?
Our goal is to be as inclusive as possible. Certain boats in our fleet are equipped with features to aid those with mobility challenges. To ensure proper arrangements, contact us with your particular needs so we can recommend the most appropriate yacht.
What is the policy for cancellations?
Cancelling your booking more than 72 hours in advance allows for a full repayment. Cancellations that occur between 24 to 72 hours in advance will qualify for a 50% refund. Within 24 hours of departure, cancellation refunds are not available, unless the cancellation is due to unforeseen weather or mechanical issues originating from our end.
